These terms of service ("Terms") govern your purchase, access, and use of the paid digital avatar ("Product") for use in VRChat. By purchasing and accessing the Product, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

    License Grant:

    a. Upon purchasing the Product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the avatar solely for personal use within VRChat, subject to these Terms.

    b. You may not share, distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer the Product or any part of it to any third party. The license is granted to you, as an individual, for your personal use only.

    Intellectual Property:

    a. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, in and to the Product remain the exclusive property of the creator(s) of the Product.

    b. You acknowledge that the Product is protected by intellectual property laws and treaties. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the Product may result in civil and criminal penalties.

    Prohibited Actions:

    a. You shall not upload, share, distribute, or publicly display the Product or any part of it on VRChat or any other platform, website, or service without purchasing the product(s) from the creator(s) of the Product.

    b. You shall not use any individual assets from the Product for public or private use, including but not limited to modification, distribution, or creation of derivative works, without obtaining explicit written permission from the creator(s) of the Product.

    Refunds:

    a. Due to the nature of the Product being a digital download, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Product, technical issues, or changes in personal circumstances.

    Disclaimer of Warranty:

    a. The Product is provided on an "as-is" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

    b. The creator(s) of the Product make no warranty that the Product will meet your requirements or that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

    Limitation of Liability:

    a. In no event shall the creator(s) of the Product be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use or inability to use the Product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

    Modifications to the Terms:

    a. The creator(s) of the Product reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms.

    b. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any modifications. Continued use of the Product after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

    Termination:

    a. The creator(s) of the Product may terminate your license to use the Product at any time, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms.

    b. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Product and delete any copies in your possession or control.

    Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

    a. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States Of America. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The United States Of America.

By purchasing and accessing the Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not purchase or use the Product.
